I used to order from Vitacost, but I’ve been disappointed lately. I wish they were clearer about where their products come from and why they use certain packaging. My orders had a lot of plastic, and the info on their ethics and sustainability feels a bit vague. I’m choosing to shop elsewhere now

I ordered a few vitamins and snacks from vitacost, and as far as I could tell, the billing matched what I saw at checkout. The discount looked like it applied correctly, and I didn’t notice any random extra charges. Overall, it seemed straightforward, so I’m happy with it

I ordered a flavored supplement from vitacost, and maybe I was just not in the right mood for it, but the taste really threw me off. It had this chalky aftertaste that lingered, and somehow it was also way too sweet at the same time, which made it even harder to enjoy.

The shipping part was totally fine, so no complaints there. I just felt a little disappointed once I actually tried it because I could barely get through it. Other people might not mind the flavor, but for me, it was tough to drink.

That’s fine for a regular item, but for allergies, it feels really careless...

My order showed up fast, which was great at first. But once I checked the items, I noticed a few expire next month. If you’re buying extra to stock up, that doesn’t really work out. I’d rather wait a little longer and get products with more time left on them.

I can check my orders without hunting all over the site, and when I forgot my password, the reset process worked like it should. Updating my saved address and payment info was straightforward too. Nothing fancy, just practical and easy to use.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few emails to finally sort out my refund. I did get the money back in the end, it was just slower than I expected. Overall, not terrible, but not great either.
